Before we were born – Jeremiah 1:5, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you…”
In our sin – Romans 5:8, “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
Through our pain – Psalm 34:18, “The LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.”
In all things – Zephaniah 3:17, “The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing.”
He has always been there for us and will never leave. He is unchanging, relentless, and committed to you, and you are in His thoughts. That is love.
Let us reciprocate by being obedient and pursue Him with all that is within us.
Matt 22:37-40, “And He said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the great and foremost commandment. The second is like it, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets.”
